Halloween is one of the most celebrated holiday after Christmas (based on dollars spent on decorative items).Decorations can range from the weird and scary to cute and funny and there are many ways to express your creativity in scaring the hell out of people.
Here are some ideas for your Halloween decorations:
1. Get some miniature pumpkins and gourds and place them in a large bowl or vase as a centerpiece.
2. Casually scatter/arrange (but don't make it look like you did) small pie pumpkins, miniature pumpkins and gourds, and fall leaves around your main furniture eg. mantle or table for a festive look.
3. Crave a vase out of a large pumpkin and put in some fall flowers to spice up the arrangement. Get a smaller bowl or vase and put it inside the pumpkin along with the fall flowers. Scale up your arrangement according to the size of the pumpkin. If the pumpkin size is big, you could put in more flowers with long stems and big bloom.
4. Drape some spider webbing on a mirror along with some small spiders or bats and stick them around the mirror.
5. Create a smoky/misty effect by using a fog machine and make the scene more eerie. Do ensure that the fog will not trigger your fire alarms if you use it inside the house.
